Product Warranties & Returns

1. Exchange & Return

When receiving the delivery, customers need to check the products carefully. If not satisfied with the purchase, customers may return the product. 

  • The delivered item is different from the purchased item and/or wrong order quantity
  • The product is scratched or damaged

Customers must provide basic information (Receipt or Name/ Telephone number/ Address) and Photos/ Clips of the products. 

  • Time to request Exchange & Refund: Customers need to inform Góc Montessori within 48 hours from the delivery time in case products are missing hardware, scratched or damaged
  • The place to do Exchange & Refund: Customers can bring the product directly to our office, or send through transportation service

2. Warranty

Góc Montessori applies a 2-year warranty for all products.
